Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited reported a revenue of ₹455.66 crore in Q2 FY24-25, a slight decline from ₹467.41 crore in the previous quarter but an increase from ₹441.35 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA observed a marginal drop of 3% from Q1 FY25, reflecting stable demand amid higher energy and input costs, along with the impact of ₹1.62 crore incurred for material damage and plant restoration related to the Michaung cyclone.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹3.98 crore after accounting for an exceptional item, compared to ₹21.50 crore in the same quarter last year, while Profit After Tax (PAT) fell to ₹2.83 crore from ₹15.79 crore year-on-year. Mr. Ashwin Muthiah, Vice Chairman, highlighted that despite macroeconomic challenges, TPL's focus on operational efficiency and customer relationships remains strong, signaling a positive outlook for future performance.
