Camlin Fine Sciences Limited — Board Meeting, 11-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue from operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, stands at ₹22,691.18 crore, while net loss before tax is ₹11,053.57 crore. The Board also approved the liquidation of its subsidiary, CFS Pahang Asia Pte Ltd, which is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Saurabh Upadhyay has been appointed as General Manager - Food Division, effective before November 28, 2024.
