Mphasis Limited has approved the grant of 25,000 stock options under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, with an exercise price of Rs. 2,900 per option, vesting over five years. Additionally, 12,000 restricted stock units (RSUs) have been granted under the RSU Plan 2021, with an exercise price of Rs. 10 per RSU, vesting over five years in specified proportions.
