Unichem Laboratories Limited — Others, 10-11-2024: Loss of Share Certificates

Unichem Laboratories Limited has notified the stock exchanges that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India, has received requests for duplicate share certificates from two shareholders due to the loss of their original certificates. The shares have been placed under "Stop Transfer" by the RTA until verification is completed. The company will issue a 'Letter of Confirmation' in lieu of the duplicate certificates after fulfilling necessary formalities.
