HBL Power Systems Ltd. announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2024. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Advay Bhagirath Mikkilineni as Director, effective November 4, 2024, and noted that Independent Directors Mr. P Ganapathi Rao and Mrs. Preeti Khandelwal will retire on November 13, 2024, upon completing their terms. Related party transactions for the half-year were also approved.
