Divi's Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 09-11-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

Divi's Laboratories approved its unaudited financial results for Q2 and the half-year ended September 30, 2024. The consolidated total income surged to ₹2,444 crores, up from ₹1,995 crores YoY, with a profit before tax of ₹722 crores compared to ₹469 crores last year. Profit after tax also increased to ₹510 crores from ₹348 crores. Standalone results showed total income of ₹2,407 crores, leading to a profit after tax of ₹518 crores.
