Vishnu Chemicals Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a Chrome Mining Complex in South Africa through its subsidiary, Vishnu South Africa (Pty) Limited. This acquisition includes a Chrome Mine, processing plant, and associated infrastructure, significantly enhancing the company’s raw material supply chain. The deal, valued at up to USD 10 million, will support Vishnu's manufacturing needs and is expected to be completed within 12 months.
