Vishnu Chemicals Limited — JV/Acquisition, 09-11-2024: Acquisition

Vishnu Chemicals Limited's subsidiary, Vishnu South Africa (Pty) Limited, has entered into agreements to acquire Bonmerci Investments 103 (Pty) Limited and a chrome processing plant from Volclay South Africa (Pty) Limited. The total consideration for the acquisitions will not exceed $10 million. This move is part of a backward integration strategy to stabilize and secure the supply of key raw materials, with completion expected within 12 months, subject to regulatory approvals.
