Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited has announced the resignation of Mrs. Bhagirathi Manohar Padole as Non-Executive Director, effective November 17, 2024, due to personal reasons. The Board has approved the appointment of Mrs. Priyanka Rahul Padole as an Executive Director, effective November 18, 2024. She will also serve on the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility committee. Mrs. Priyanka is qualified and has no disqualifications to hold her new position.
