Delhivery Limited — Others, 08-11-2024: Options to purchase securities

Delhivery Limited has approved the allotment of 1,121,541 equity shares following the exercise of vested stock options. These shares were allocated under three employee stock option plans: 187,641 shares from ESOP 2012, 756,000 shares from ESOP II 2020, and 177,900 shares from ESOP III 2020. The total paid-up share capital has increased to ₹74,202,347. The newly allotted shares rank equally with existing shares.
