GOCL Corporation Limited — Important, 08-11-2024: General Updates

Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited (HNPCL) has prepaid its corporate loan of Rs. 1,096.10 crores by refinancing Rs. 450 crores from another lender. GOCL Corporation's Board approved HNPCL's request to issue security for this amount, reducing HNPCL's secured loans against GOCL land from Rs. 1,096.10 crores to Rs. 450 crores. GOCL will receive a commission of 1.50% per annum for this arrangement.
