Time Technoplast Limited has announced the merger of its subsidiary NED Energy Limited into its wholly-owned subsidiary Power Build Batteries Private Limited. This consolidation aims to enhance operational efficiency, resource utilization, and profitability, with no cash consideration involved. Shareholders of NED Energy will receive one share of Power Build for every seven shares held. The overall shareholding pattern of Time Technoplast will remain unchanged post-merger.
