JSW Steel Limited — Important, 08-11-2024: General Updates

JSW Steel Limited has terminated its Coal Block Development and Production Agreement for the Banai-Bhalumuda Coal Block after determining that it was not suitable from a techno-commercial perspective. The decision follows a detailed feasibility study subsequent to being declared a “Preferred Bidder” in March 2023. This agreement was officially ended by the Ministry of Coal.
