Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd. has approved the allotment of 1,96,76,827 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 18.75 each, totaling approximately Rs. 36.89 crore. The shares will be issued on a preferential basis to promoters R. Sarabeswar and S. Sivaramakrishnan, following the conversion of unsecured loans.
