Continental Seeds and Chemicals Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Ajai Shanker & Company as Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy left by the resignation of M/s. PMAS & Associates LLP, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for November 30, 2024. Additionally, the Board has recommended an increase in the remuneration of Managing Director Praveen Rastogi, also pending shareholder approval.
