Sahyadri Industries Limited's Board has approved the acquisition of a 26% equity stake in Emerge Solar One Private Limited (ESOPL) for ₹1.28 crore and entered a Power Purchase Agreement with ESOPL for solar power under a group captive scheme. The acquisition aims to enhance the company's renewable energy portfolio. ESOPL, incorporated in October 2024, is newly established and has not yet generated revenue.
