Continental Seeds and Chemicals Limited's Board has appointed M/s. Ajai Shanker & Company as Statutory Auditors, filling the vacancy left by the resignation of PMAS & Associates, subject to shareholder approval on November 30, 2024. Additionally, the Board approved an increase in Managing Director Praveen Rastogi's remuneration to ₹36 lakhs per annum. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held to discuss these matters.
