InterGlobe Aviation Limited's ESOP Allotment Committee approved the issuance of shares following the exercise of vested stock options. A total of 5,332 shares were allotted under the Stock Option Scheme 2023 and 80,000 shares under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015, both with a par value of Rs. 10. The issued shares increase the total share capital to Rs. 3,86,38,53,490, and all newly issued shares are identical to existing ones.
