Puravankara Limited has reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee to enhance corporate governance. Key changes include Ashish Ravi Puravankara joining the Audit Committee, KG Krishnamurthy taking over as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Shailaja Jha appointed as Chairperson of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee.
