Alpex Solar Limited, one of North India's largest PV module manufacturers, is set to go public with an IPO scheduled for February 2024, aiming to raise Rs. 74.52 crore. The company, with a current capacity of 900 MW, plans significant expansions to a total of 2.4 GW by FY26. It is also implementing backward integration through an aluminum manufacturing plant and developing solar cell capacity projected at 1.6 GW by 2026.
