The recruitment segment saw an 8.5% growth, while non-recruitment divisions like 99acres and Jeevansathi grew by 16.9% and 33.4%, respectively. Operating profit increased by 14.8% to ₹251.2 crore, with margins rising to 38.3%. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per share.
