Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited's subsidiary, Anthurium Developers Limited, has approved a Joint Development Agreement with GKW Limited for a project on approximately 36.87 acres of land in Kanjur, Bhandup West, Mumbai. The development will include mixed-use residential and commercial facilities, with ADL receiving 70.5% of net revenue. This transaction is not a related party transaction and was executed immediately following the Board meeting.
