SAMHI Hotels Limited has signed a long-term variable lease for a new Upper Upscale hotel in Hitec City, Hyderabad, comprising 170-175 rooms. The hotel will be developed from a completed office building and aims to strengthen SAMHI's presence in Hyderabad's growing market. This addition supports the company's goal of increasing revenue from leased assets. Currently, SAMHI operates four hotels with 878 rooms in the area.
