Samhi Hotels Limited — Important, 08-11-2024: General Updates

Duet India Hotels, a subsidiary of SAMHI Hotels Limited, has signed a long-term variable lease for a 270,000 sq. ft. building in Hitec City, Hyderabad. The plan is to convert this space into an upscale hotel with 170-175 rooms, increasing SAMHI's inventory in Hyderabad from 878 to approximately 1,050 rooms.
