Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited announced that three Non-Official Independent Directors—Shri. Rajkumar Sharma, Shri. Manohar Singh Verma, and Shri. Pankaj Gupta—have completed their tenure and will cease to serve on the Board effective 08/11/2024.
