Oberoi Realty Limited has successfully acquired Nirmal Lifestyle Realty Private Limited, completing the process as per the approved Resolution Plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The company paid ₹273 Crore to settle creditors and subscribed to 100% equity share capital for ₹1 lakh. The interim committee managing NLRPL has been dissolved, and its board of directors has been reconstituted, with control now vested in Oberoi Realty.
