Neueon Towers Limited — Others, 07-11-2024: Change in Management

Neueon Towers Limited has appointed Mr. Rayachoti Sudheer as Managing Director, effective November 6, 2024. This change follows compliance with a Resolution Plan approved by the NCLT. He will replace former directors Mr. G. Srinivasa Raju and the late Mr. M. S. Hanumantha Rao. All existing independent directors will remain in their positions until any new appointments are made.
