Greenlam Industries Limited has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Greenlam Industries S.L., in Spain. This step-down subsidiary, under Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., will focus on distributing and wholesaling high-pressure laminates and other paper/wood-based products. The share capital for the new entity is set at €3,000. As this is a fresh incorporation, financial details are not yet available.
