Astral Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 07-11-2024: Allotment of Securities

Astral Limited has allotted 7,718 equity shares of Re. 1 each under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015, following the exercise of stock options by eligible employees. This increases the company's issued and paid-up share capital from Rs. 26,86,27,009 to Rs. 26,86,34,727. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing shares.
