UCAL Limited has signed a sale agreement to sell an idle property in Gurugram, measuring 1,789.30 square meters with a built-up area of 33,390 square feet, for Rs. 24.50 crores. The company aims to monetize this idle asset, which has remained unused since 2013. The buyers, Mr. Mukesh Sharma and Mrs. Rani Sharma, are not related to the company’s promoters or group companies.
