Jubilant Foodworks Limited — JV/Acquisition, 07-11-2024: Acquisition

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited's Investment Committee has approved an investment of up to Rs. 40 Crores in its wholly owned subsidiary, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. The funds will primarily support interest payments related to credit facilities and general corporate purposes. This investment is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025, and will maintain Jubilant Foodworks' full ownership of the subsidiary.
