Macrotech Developers Limited has acquired stakes in three Digital Infrastructure entities—Bellissimo Digital Infrastructure Development, Palava Induslogic 4, and Bellissimo In City FC Mumbai 1—from Bain Capital for a total consideration of ₹592 crore. These acquisitions aim to enhance the company’s annuity income through growth in industrial and logistics sectors. The company now holds a 70% stake in Bellissimo Digital and 66.67% in both Palava Induslogic and Bellissimo In City FC.
