Kalpataru Projects International Limited has approved the issuance of ₹200 Crores in unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via private placement. The offering consists of 20,000 NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, maturing on November 12, 2027, and a coupon rate of 8.32% per annum. The debentures will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
