Shakti Pumps (India) Limited — New Orders, 06-11-2024: Awarding of order(s)/contract(s)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof, we would like to inform you that the Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has received the work order under Component-B of PM-KUSUM scheme from Haryana Renewable Energy Department (HAREDA) for 3,174 pumps. The total amount of the work order is Rs. 102.25 Crores and with GST the amount is Rs. 116.36 Crores.
