Ashiana Housing Limited — Important, 06-11-2024: General Updates

Ashiana Housing Limited has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop a Senior Living project in Bengaluru, covering approximately 12.50 acres with a saleable area of around 11 lakhs sq. ft. The MoU is with three landowners, and there are no shareholding or related party relationships involved. A Joint Development Agreement is expected to be executed within the next six months, contingent on certain conditions being met.
