Vinyl Chemicals (India) Ltd. has announced several significant changes in its leadership. Mr. P.C. Patel is relinquishing his role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 4, 2024. Mr. Mahendra Gayatonde will retire as Chief Financial Officer on October 30, 2024. Additionally, Mr. K.S. Krishnan has resigned from his role as Compliance Officer, effective October 30, 2024. Further necessary regulatory filings will be completed as required.
