Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has partnered with HFCL Limited and Aerial Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to form a consortium that has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for a project awarded by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The project involves the development, upgradation, and maintenance of the Middle Mile network under a Design Build Operate and Maintain (DBOM) model, valued at approximately ₹1,917.40 crore.
