Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited — Others, 06-11-2024: ESOP/ESOS/ESPS

Suryoday Small Finance Bank has allotted 37,399 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Schemes 2016 and 2019. This includes 700 shares at an exercise price of Rs. 140 and 36,699 shares with varying prices. Following this allotment, the bank’s paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,06,28,48,240. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares, and the bank will apply for their listing on the National Stock Exchange and BSE soon.
