Astra Microwave Products Limited — Important, 06-11-2024: Agreements

Astra Microwave Products Limited has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Manjeera Digital Systems Private Limited for the manufacturing of NavIC chips and GNSS products. Each party holds a 50% share in the venture, which will have a board consisting of four directors, with each party appointing two. Key management positions, including the CEO and CFO, will be jointly filled. The agreement does not involve any related party transactions or share issuance at this time.
