Ajit Kumar Saxena has been nominated as the Non-Executive Chairman of The Orissa Mineral Development Company Limited (OMDC) with immediate effect. He is currently holding the additional charge of CMD at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL). Saxena brings over 35 years of experience in the steel industry, including roles in technical, operational, and project management. He is not related to any existing Directors of the company and is not debarred from holding this position.
