IIFL Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 11-03-2025: Allotment of Securities

IIFL Finance Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the allotment of USD 100 million in Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes with an 8.75% coupon rate, maturing on July 24, 2028. The Notes, issued under the Global Medium Term Note Programme, will support the company’s growth and on-lending activities. They will be listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited. Investors can expect semi-annual interest payments starting July 24, 2025, with redemption at par upon maturity.
