Annapurna Swadisht Limited — Board Meeting, 11-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Annapurna Swadisht Limited has confirmed several key personnel changes. Mr. Pawan Jaiswal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, while Mr. Ravi Sarda has resigned from this position. Additionally, Mr. Sumit Sengupta and Mr. Rajesh Shaw have both tendered their resignations as Whole-time Directors, effective immediately, to pursue larger roles within the Group. The Board also appointed Mr. Ritesh Shaw as an Additional Director, designated as Whole-time Director, for a term of three years, pending shareholder approval. The reconstitution of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee was also approved.
