Heritage Foods Limited — Board Meeting, 11-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Heritage Foods Limited has approved the appointment of Dr. Muddana Sambasiva Rao as an Additional Director, effective April 1, 2025, and recommended his regularization as Whole Time Director for a five-year term. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of various Chartered Accountant firms as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. These appointments include Gattamaneni & Co., Punnaiah & Co., Satyanarayana & Sushil, and others to conduct audits across multiple locations. A Postal Ballot notice will be circulated for member approval regarding Dr. Rao's appointment.
