Shalby Limited announced the exercise of 3,000 stock options from the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2021 by an eligible employee. The shares will be transferred from the Shalby Limited Employees Welfare Trust, resulting in no change to the company's paid-up equity share capital. A total of 16,000 options were granted, with 13,000 lapsing to date. The Trust currently holds 523,765 equity shares post-transfer.
