JSW Steel reported a consolidated crude steel production of 22.81 lakh tonnes in October 2024, reflecting a 1% year-over-year decline. Capacity utilization was at 89% due to maintenance at the Dolvi blast furnace. Indian operations produced 21.99 lakh tonnes, down 2% from the previous year, while JSW Steel USA produced 0.82 lakh tonnes. The company continues to prioritize sustainability and aims to reduce CO2 emissions significantly by 2030 and achieve net neutrality by 2050.
