Banswara Syntex Limited's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Ajay Sharma as a Non-Executive Independent Director, Mrs. Kavita Soni as a Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Ketan Kumar Dave as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 5, 2024.
