Steel Strips Wheels Limited — Others, 05-11-2024: Pendency of Litigation(s)/dispute(s) or the outcome impacting the Company

Steel Strips Wheels Limited announced that the Supreme Court of India has dismissed a Special Leave Petition filed by the State of Jharkhand. As a result, the company is entitled to receive a capital investment subsidy and fiscal incentives totaling Rs. 31.00 Crores, plus interest. The company will now initiate the process to claim these financial benefits from the state. Detailed developments of the litigation are provided in the attached annexure.
