NTPC Limited — Important, 05-11-2024: Agreements

NTPC Limited has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) to collaborate on the Chhabra Thermal Power Plant. This partnership will entail a 50:50 ownership structure and aims to manage the existing 2320 MW plant while exploring capacity expansion opportunities. NTPC will maintain management control and has rights to appoint key executives. The agreement does not involve related parties nor alter shareholding arrangements.
