E2E Networks Limited — Others, 05-11-2024: Amendment to AOA/MOA

E2E Networks Limited's Board of Directors has approved a preferential issue of 29,79,579 equity shares at Rs. 3,622.25 each, amounting to approximately Rs. 1,079 crore, to Larsen and Toubro Limited. The company will also amend its Articles of Association to include minority protection rights for L&T. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting is scheduled for November 27, 2024, to approve these matters and an investment agreement allowing L&T to acquire additional shares from a promoter.
