E2E Networks Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 05-11-2024: Issue of Securities

E2E Networks Limited announced a preferential issue of 2,979,579 equity shares at ₹3,622.25 each, totaling ₹1,079.27 crores, to Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), pending approval at an upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. Additionally, the Company will amend its Articles of Association to include minority protection rights for L&T. The investment agreement also allows L&T to acquire shares from a promoter and nominate up to two directors to the board.
